Savoldi Canale Palace

Savoldi Canale Palace dates back to the XVI century, it was Savoldi familiy’s property, especially of the magistrate Giovanni Battista Savoldi.
Later on the property was owned by the magistrate Enrico Porro and then by Canali family. The palace shows a portico of six spans, which presents columns with Ionic capitals.
The passage of military troops caused the slash of the building interiors.
The living room on the ground floor preserves its XVI century identity, it is embellished with a XIX century decoration, frescos and framings made by the painter Pozzoli from Bedizzole.
