Carpaneda Palace

Carpaneda Palace dates back to the XVII century and it is situated in Tarello Street 18, it was at first property of Bondoni family, Tomasi family and then Carpaneda from which it is named after.
The entry shows an unusual stoned main door overlooking the façade of the church.
The interior shows three rooms, embellished with stucco decorations: the first one has big spirals and stylised leaves according to the Baroque style; the second one has a similar decoration, embellished by a central medallion and ovals in which landscapes are depicted; the third one is the most adorned room, it shows puttos, busts and in the central medallion the abduction of Ganymede.
